Terms & Conditions for Amplify
By enrolling in the Amplify program with Angela Simson (“the Coach”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Program Inclusions

As an Amplify client, you will receive:

• Full access to all Amplify program content during your active enrollment.
  
• Weekly live group coaching calls.
  
• Access to the private Amplify Kajabi Community for connection, support, and peer calibration.
  
• All future content updates released during your enrollment.
  
  

You are responsible for engaging with the content, attending calls, and utilizing the tools provided. The Coach is not liable for your individual results or participation levels.

Payment Terms

• The total investment for Amplify is $13,200 AUD if paid in full.
  
• A payment plan is available at $2,200 AUD/month for a minimum of 6 months.
  
• Payments must be made on time and in full according to the selected plan.
  
• By choosing the payment plan, the Client agrees to complete all 6 payments regardless of participation level.
  
• After the initial 6 months, Clients may request to continue at a month-to-month rate.
  
  

Program Access & Expiry

• You retain access to all program content and the Amplify Community while payments are being made.
  
• If payments lapse or are not completed, access to the program and all resources will be revoked.
  
• No extensions, holds, or pauses are permitted unless explicitly stated by the Coach.
  
  

Refund Policy

Due to the instant access nature of the program, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By enrolling, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided in Amplify are the intellectual property of Angela Simson.
These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, repurposed, or distributed.

Limitation of Liability

The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes, income levels, or business growth.
Client results are dependent on their individual actions, application of the material, and business context.
The Coach is not liable for any damages resulting from program participation.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mutual negotiation.
If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the matter will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Regardless of your location, you irrevocably agree that if dispute resolution and arbitration fail, the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this agreement.

Amendments & Updates

The Coach reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Clients will be notified of any material changes that affect their experience.
