Terms & Conditions - BGA Foundations

By completing this checkout, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Program Commitment: BGA Foundations requires a minimum three (3) month commitment.
  2. Billing: Three monthly payments of $697 will begin upon sign up.
  3. Deposit (If relevant): The $500 AUD deposit you previously paid is non-refundable and has been credited across your three monthly payments
  4. Refunds & Cancellations:
    • No refunds are provided once billing has commenced.
    • Early cancellation prior to the three-month minimum term is not permitted.
  5. Access: Program access includes bi-weekly group coaching calls with Ange, the Foundations training modules delivered live (6 months recording access), the community space (hosted by the BGA team), and free access to relevant masterclasses and challenges.
  6. Payment Failures: If a payment fails, access to BGA Foundations may be paused until the account is brought current. Three consecutive failed payments may result in removal from the program.
  7. Legal & Ownership: All program materials remain the intellectual property of The Gratitude Project. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of program content is prohibited.
