These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and participation in The Masterclass Method (“Program”) facilitated by Angela Simson (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By enrolling in this Program, you (“Client” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

  • A written framework for structuring your masterclass

  • 50 Masterclass Promotion Hooks

  • Email Strategy Guide (name subject to change) for pre-, during-, and post-event communication

This is a self-paced, digital product and no live support, coaching, or 1:1 access is included unless explicitly stated or purchased separately.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided are the intellectual property of Angela Simson and The Gratitude Project. You are granted a single-user license for personal business use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell the content in any form without express written permission.

3. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to materials, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If there is a private community included with your purchase, respectful participation is expected. The Company reserves the right to remove any member for inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violating community rules.
